Large-Scale Biogas Plant in Denmark
For a biogas plant in Denmark, we manufactured the gas holder systems for several fermenters and digestate storage tanks. The scale of the plant posed particular demands: eight tanks measuring Ø 40 m and one additional tank measuring Ø 34 m were fitted with our double-membrane roof systems.
Our structurally optimized parallel cutting pattern ensures an even distribution of tension across the membrane and allows the use of lower material thicknesses with greater structural safety. We also integrated custom-fitted mounts for service platforms, providing safe access to the agitator equipment.
